Target Information
CD5는 인간 T-림프구의 단일 사슬 막관통 당단백질(67 kDa)로, 모든 성숙 T-림프구, 대부분의 흉선세포, 그리고 다수의 T세포 백혈병 및 림프종에서 발현됩니다. 또한 활성화된 B세포 일부에서도 반응하며, T세포 증식 조절에 관여하는 수용체로 작용할 수 있습니다. 림프절에서는 주로 T세포 영역에서 반응성이 관찰되며, CD5 이상은 흉선암 및 Richter 증후군 등과 관련이 있습니다.
