Target Information
Lens culinaris agglutinin (LCA)는 약 17 kDa의 두 개 소단위와 8 kDa의 두 개 소단위로 구성되어 있습니다. LCA는 N-결합된 만노스 잔기를 포함하는 서열을 인식하며, Con A보다 좁은 특이성을 가집니다. 또한 N-acetylchitobiose 부분에 결합된 fucose 잔기가 친화력을 증가시킵니다. LCA는 피부 이식 거부 반응 억제에 효과적인 물질로 알려져 있으며, 면역글로불린, 조직적합성 항원, α2-macroglobulin 등 다양한 당단백질의 정제에 사용됩니다.
