Product Specific Information

Reconstitution: Add 50 µL double distilled water (DDW), depending on sample size.
The antibody is shipped lyophilized at room temperature and should be stored at −20°C upon arrival.
Reconstituted solution can be stored at 4°C for up to 1 week. For long-term storage, aliquot and keep at −20°C.
Avoid multiple freeze/thaw cycles. Centrifuge all antibody preparations before use (10,000 × g, 5 min).

Target Information

VGLUT2 mediates the uptake of glutamate into synaptic vesicles at presynaptic nerve terminals of excitatory neural cells.
This protein may also mediate the transport of inorganic phosphate.
