Target Information
UBE2V1-UBE2N 및 UBE2V2-UBE2N heterodimer는 비정형적인 Lys-63 연결 polyubiquitin 사슬을 합성합니다. 이러한 polyubiquitination은 proteasome에 의한 단백질 분해를 유도하지 않습니다.

UBE2V1-UBE2N은 RNF135 및 UB2V1과 함께 RIG-I/DDX58의 Lys-63-linked polyubiquitination을 촉진하여 interferon beta 생성을 유도합니다. TRAF3IP2 E3 ligase와 함께 TRAF6의 polyubiquitination을 매개하여 IL17A 신호 전달 경로에 관여합니다.
