Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (e.g., using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

The LEF1 gene encodes a transcription factor belonging to the high mobility group protein family.
It binds to a key site in the T-cell receptor-alpha enhancer, contributing to maximal enhancer activity.
LEF1 is involved in the Wnt signaling pathway and may play roles in hair cell differentiation and follicle morphogenesis.
Mutations in this gene have been associated with sebaceous tumors and various cancers, including androgen-independent prostate cancer.
Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants.
