이 항체는 Goat Anti-Rat IgG (H+L)로, HRP-conjugated 형태이며 친화 정제된 제품입니다. Mouse, Human, Bovine, Horse, Rabbit 혈청 단백질에 대한 교차 반응성이 최소화되어 있습니다.
면역전기영동 결과, Rat IgG의 heavy chain과 대부분 Rat immunoglobulin의 light chain에 반응합니다. 비면역글로불린 혈청 단백질에 대한 반응은 검출되지 않았습니다.
