Target Information
MARK1 (MAP/microtubule affinity-regulating kinase 1)는 MARK 계열의 serine/threonine kinase로, 미세소관 관련 단백질을 인산화하여 세포골격 안정성에 관여합니다.
MARK2는 MAP/microtubule affinity-regulating kinase 2 isoform a [Homo sapiens]로 알려져 있으며, EMK (ELKL Motif Kinase)는 세포 극성, 미세소관 안정성, 암 관련 조절에 관여하는 소형 ser/thr kinase 계열입니다.
MARK3는 DNA 손상에 의해 유도되며, 췌장암 발생 시 MARK3의 손실이 관찰됩니다.
MARK4는 N말단 ser/thr kinase 도메인, 중앙 ubiquitin-associated 도메인, C말단 KA1 kinase 도메인을 포함하며, RT-PCR 분석에서 거의 모든 간세포암에서 MARK4 유전자의 발현이 증가함이 확인됩니다.
