Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (e.g., Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
This gene encodes three isoforms through alternative splicing.
Two isoforms act as specific inhibitors of type 1 serine/threonine protein phosphatases and can bind but not cleave RNA.
The third isoform functions as a single-strand endoribonuclease similar to RNase E of E. coli, requiring magnesium for activity and cleaving specific sites in A+U-rich RNA regions.
