Target Information
ERK1과 ERK2는 광범위하게 발현되며, 감수분열, 유사분열 및 분화된 세포의 후기 기능 조절에 관여합니다. 성장인자, 사이토카인, 바이러스 감염, G 단백질 결합 수용체 리간드, 전환인자 등 다양한 자극이 ERK1/ERK2 경로를 활성화합니다. 성장인자가 수용체 티로신 키나아제에 결합하면 Ras가 Raf를 활성화시키며, Raf는 MEK1/2를 인산화하고, MEK1/2는 다시 ERK1/2를 인산화합니다. 활성화된 ERK는 세포질 표적을 인산화하거나 핵으로 이동하여 c-Fos, Elk-1 등의 전사 인자를 활성화시킵니다.
