Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (recommended: Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
Cytokeratin 7 blocks interferon-dependent interphase and stimulates DNA synthesis in cells.
It is involved in the translational regulation of the human papillomavirus type 16 E7 mRNA (HPV16 E7).
