GAU 020-03B-01 detects Complement Factor H (β1H-globulin) in human samples.
This antibody has been successfully used in ELISA procedures.

Target Information
Factor H is a serum protein acting as an inhibitor in the complement activation system.
It inactivates the C3/C5 convertase by dissociating its subunits and acts as a cofactor for Factor I enzyme activity.
