Product Specific Information

For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (recommended: Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

CDC42SE2 is likely involved in the organization of the actin cytoskeleton by acting downstream of CDC42, inducing actin filament assembly. It alters CDC42-induced cell shape changes and may play a role in F-actin accumulation at the immunological synapse in activated T-cells. It may also participate in early contractile events during phagocytosis in macrophages.
