Target Information
USP37는 세포주기 G1/S 전환 과정에서 anaphase-promoting complex (APC/C)를 길항하는 탈유비퀴틴화 효소입니다. Cyclin-A (CCNA1, CCNA2)의 탈유비퀴틴화를 매개하여 S phase 진입을 촉진합니다. Lys-11 및 Lys-48 결합 유비퀴틴 사슬을 탈유비퀴틴화하며, Ser-628의 인산화는 탈유비퀴틴화 활성을 극대화합니다. 또한 DNA 복제 조절에 중요한 CDT1 안정화에 관여합니다.
