Target Information
TRAM (TRIF-related adaptor molecule, TICAM2)는 TLR4의 MyD88-비의존적 신호 전달에 필수적인 역할을 합니다. TRAM이 결핍된 혈관 내피세포에서는 TLR4 신호가 MyD88-의존 경로로 제한됩니다. TRAM cDNA를 과발현한 내피세포에서는 LPS 유도 Trif-의존 NF-κB 활성화 및 cxcl10 프로모터 활성이 재구성됩니다.
