Target Information
이 유전자는 class I fructose-biphosphate aldolase 유전자 패밀리의 구성원으로, 뇌의 해마 및 Purkinje 세포에서 특이적으로 발현됩니다. 해당 단백질은 fructose-1,6-biphosphate 및 fructose-1-phosphate를 dihydroxyacetone phosphate와 glyceraldehyde-3-phosphate 또는 glyceraldehyde로 가역적 절단하는 해당과정 효소입니다.
