Target Information
T-cell protein tyrosine phosphatase (TC-PTP, PTPN2)는 단백질의 티로신 잔기에 결합된 인산기를 제거하는 효소입니다.
이 효소는 서로 다른 세포내 위치를 가지는 두 가지 C-말단 스플라이스 변이를 가집니다.
- 45 kDa 짧은 형태: 휴지 상태에서는 핵에 존재하며, 성장인자나 스트레스 자극 시 세포질로 이동
- 48 kDa 긴 형태: 소포체에 위치하며, 서로 다른 기질 특이성을 가짐
TC-PTP는 다양한 세포 및 조직에서 발견되며, 특히 조혈세포에서 두드러집니다.
Knockout 마우스 연구에서 TC-PTP 결핍은 조혈 및 림프조혈 결함을 초래하여 골수 성숙에 중요한 역할을 함이 밝혀졌습니다.
TC-PTP는 p52 Shc, EGF receptor, Insulin receptor, Growth hormone receptor 등 다양한 인산화 단백질을 탈인산화합니다.
