Target Information
MTMR4는 myotubularin 계열에 속하는 세포내 단백질(총 1,195 아미노산)로, MTMR3와 약 47%의 서열 유사성을 가지며, 촉매 도메인과 FYVE 모티프에서는 70% 이상 유사성을 보입니다.
PCR 분석 결과, 인간의 대부분 조직에서 MTMR4 발현이 검출되며, 폐, 소장, 위, 침샘, 부신, 자궁에서는 발현되지 않습니다.
HeLa 세포에서 MTMR4의 세포내 분포는 핵 주위(perinuclear) 형태로 나타나며, MTMR3와 유사합니다.
MTMR4는 para-nitrophenylphosphate와 phosphatidylinositol 3-phosphate를 탈인산화합니다.
