Product Specific Information
- Immunohistochemistry (PFA fixed): incubate antibody for 30 min at room temperature.
- Staining of formalin-fixed tissues requires heating tissue sections in 10 mM Tris with 1 mM EDTA, pH 9.0, for 45 min at 95°C, followed by cooling at room temperature for 20 minutes.

HSP60 유전자는 샤페로닌(chaperonin) 패밀리에 속하는 미토콘드리아 단백질을 암호화합니다. 이 단백질은 선천 면역계에서 신호 분자로 작용할 수 있으며, 미토콘드리아 내로 새로 수입된 단백질의 접힘과 조립에 필수적입니다. 본 유전자는 인접한 관련 유전자와 쌍방향 프로모터를 공유하며, 여러 위유전자가 보고되어 있습니다. 두 가지 전사 변이체가 동일한 단백질을 암호화하며, 돌연변이는 상염색체 열성 경직성 하반신 마비 13형과 관련이 있습니다.
