This antibody detects endogenous levels of HER2/ErbB2 only when phosphorylated at Tyrosine 877.
Target Information
ErbB2 (HER2) is a receptor tyrosine kinase that is overexpressed in certain breast tumors. Herceptin, a monoclonal antibody used in treatment of metastatic HER2-positive cancer, targets this kinase.
