Product Specific Information

For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments using this carrier-free antibody, perform an additional desalting step (recommended: Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

MAP2K3 (MEK3) is a dual-specificity protein kinase involved in cellular signal transduction pathways. It phosphorylates and activates MAPK14/p38-MAPK and plays a role in glucose transporter expression. Activation occurs via insulin signaling and RAS oncogene expression, contributing to oncogenic transformation. Inhibition of MAP2K3 is associated with the pathogenesis of Yersinia pseudotuberculosis. Multiple alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding distinct isoforms have been reported.
