GSK3B는 Wnt/β-catenin 신호전달 경로의 핵심 구성 요소로, β-catenin 분해를 매개하여 Wnt 신호를 억제합니다. 또한 Hedgehog, Notch, 인슐린 신호 경로에도 관여합니다.
