Target Information

Arg 및 c-Abl은 포유류 Abelson 계열 비수용체 단백질 티로신 키나아제의 구성원입니다. 이들은 SH3 도메인을 통해 Arg/Abl 결합 단백질과 상호작용합니다. ARGBP2는 sorbin 및 SH3 도메인을 포함하는 단백질로, 세 개의 C-말단 SH3 도메인과 지질 뗏목 단백질과 상호작용하는 N-말단 SoHo(sorbin homology) 도메인을 가집니다. 상피 및 심근 세포에서의 세포내 위치는 ARGBP2가 스트레스 섬유 내 신호 복합체를 조립하는 어댑터 단백질로 작용하며, Abl 계열 키나아제와 액틴 세포골격 간의 잠재적 연결 고리임을 시사합니다.
