  • 재구성을 위해 증류수 100 µL를 첨가하여 최종 항체 농도를 약 1 mg/mL로 맞추는 것을 권장합니다.
  • Conjugation 실험을 위해 carrier-free 항체를 사용할 경우, 추가적인 탈염 과정(Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882)을 수행하는 것을 권장합니다.

Target Information

UHRF2 유전자는 세포주기 조절에 관여하는 핵 단백질을 암호화합니다. 이 단백질은 ubiquitin-ligase 활성을 가지며, PCNP(PEST-containing nuclear protein)를 유비퀴틴화할 수 있습니다. 이 복합체는 종양 발생에 관여할 수 있습니다.
단백질은 NIRF_N 도메인, PHD finger, SRA(set- and ring-associated) 도메인, RING finger 도메인을 포함하고 있으며, 이들은 세포 증식 조절에 필수적입니다. 또한 polyglutamine 응집체의 핵 내 분해에도 관여할 수 있습니다. 대체 스플라이싱으로 인해 여러 전사 변이체가 존재하며, 일부는 비단백질 코딩 형태입니다.
