Product Specific Information
The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen. Purity is greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Target Information
CHAMP1 is required for proper alignment of chromosomes at metaphase and their accurate segregation during mitosis. It is involved in maintaining spindle microtubule attachment to the kinetochore during sister chromatid biorientation and may recruit CENPE and CENPF to the kinetochore.
