Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
AGO1 (EIF2C1) is a member of the Argonaute protein family involved in RNA interference. It contains PAZ and PIWI domains and may interact with Dicer1, playing a role in siRNA-mediated gene silencing. AGO1 binds to miRNAs or siRNAs and represses mRNA translation.
