For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, it is recommended to perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
RIOK2 belongs to the protein kinase superfamily, RIO-type Ser/Thr kinase family. These kinases phosphorylate serine or threonine residues and are regulated by cellular events such as DNA damage and signaling molecules including cAMP/cGMP, diacylglycerol, and Ca²⁺/calmodulin.
