Target Information
Vasodilator-stimulated phosphoprotein (VASP)는 Ena-VASP 단백질 패밀리에 속하며, E/DFPPPPXD/E motif를 가진 단백질과 결합하는 EVH1 N-terminal domain을 포함합니다. 이 단백질은 focal adhesion에 위치하며, proline-rich domain을 통해 SH3 및 WW domain을 가진 단백질과 상호작용합니다. C-terminal EVH2 domain은 tetramerization과 actin 결합(G 및 F-actin)을 매개합니다. VASP는 세포 부착 및 이동에 중요한 역할을 하며, integrin-extracellular matrix 상호작용을 조절하는 신호전달 경로에 관여할 수 있습니다. 또한 PKA 및 PKG에 의해 조절됩니다.
