MIP-1γ는 생쥐 혈액 및 다양한 조직에서 발견되는 CC 화학주성인자로, 인간 상동체는 알려져 있지 않습니다. CCR1 수용체를 통해 신호를 전달하며, 호중구를 유인하고 골수의 미성숙 조혈 전구세포의 군집 형성을 억제합니다. MIP-1γ는 여섯 개의 시스테인을 포함하며, 그중 네 개는 CC 케모카인에서 보존된 잔기입니다.
