This kit enables rapid preparation of plasmid DNA from Escherichia coli cultures using magnetic bead technology. DNA binds under optimized salt conditions and is released under low salt, slightly alkaline conditions. Purified plasmids are fully digestible with all tested restriction enzymes and compatible with real-time PCR and NGS.
The 96-well format supports high-throughput automation.

FAQs
Why do I have poor DNA recovery?
Possible causes:
- Plasmid did not propagate (check growth medium and antibiotics)
- Old inoculum culture (use fresh colonies)
- Insufficient lysis (warm Lysis Buffer N)
- Incomplete resuspension (ensure homogeneity before adding Lysis Buffer)
- Incorrect elution buffer placement or pH
Why is purified DNA not performing well?
Possible causes:
- Incomplete washing (salt residues)
- Dry spin omitted (ethanol traces remain)
- Incorrect ethanol volume for wash buffer
- Incompatible elution buffer (high salts or detergents)
