배경 (Background)
이 유전자가 암호화하는 단백질은 비시각성 arrestin으로, 활성화된 인산화 G 단백질 결합 수용체(GPCR)에 결합하여 수용체를 G 단백질로부터 분리시켜 신호 전달을 종료시킵니다. 또한 감마-튜불린과 상호작용하여 중심체 기능 조절에 관여합니다.
