Target Information
DNAM-1 (CD226) is a receptor expressed on peripheral blood T lymphocytes, involved in intercellular adhesion, lymphocyte signaling, cytotoxicity, and lymphokine secretion by cytotoxic T cells. It is broadly expressed on T cells, NK cells, platelets, monocytes, and subsets of B cells and CD3⁺ thymocytes.
