This product is preservative-free. It is recommended to add sodium azide to avoid contamination (final concentration 0.05–0.1%).
Recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibodies are produced using in vitro expression systems by cloning antibody DNA sequences from immunoreactive rabbits. Individual clones are screened for optimal production.

Target Information
HAO1 has 2-hydroxyacid oxidase activity. It shows highest activity on glycolate (2-carbon substrate) and is also active on 2-hydroxy fatty acids, including 2-hydroxy palmitate and 2-hydroxy octanoate.
