Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (recommended: Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
The PARVA gene encodes a transcription factor containing C2H2-type zinc-finger domains and a positive regulatory domain found in several zinc-finger transcription factors related to B cell differentiation and tumor suppression.
Mouse studies suggest involvement in central nervous system development and neuronal storage disease pathogenesis.
Multiple alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding distinct isoforms have been observed.
