Target Information

FLIP (CFLAR)는 포유류 세포에서 세포 생존과 사멸 경로를 연결하는 중요한 아폽토시스 조절 단백질입니다. TNFRSF6 매개 아폽토시스를 억제하며, p43 절단 조각은 death-inducing signaling complex (DISC)에 남아 caspase-8의 추가 모집과 처리를 차단합니다. 전장 및 짧은 동형 단백질은 아폽토시스를 유도하거나 TNFRSF-유도 아폽토시스를 감소시키는 것으로 알려져 있습니다. 효소적(caspase) 활성을 가지지 않습니다.
