Target Information
PLD2는 phospholipase D 계열에 속하는 주변막 단백질로, PH 도메인, 두 개의 PLD phosphodiesterase 도메인, 그리고 PX (phox homology) 도메인을 포함합니다. PLD2는 phosphatidylcholine(PC)의 가수분해를 촉매하여 phosphatidic acid와 choline을 생성합니다.
PLD2는 분비 조절, 신호 유도성 세포골격 조절 및 내포작용, 전사 조절, 세포 주기 제어 등에 관여할 수 있습니다. 일반적으로 phosphatidylinositol 4,5-bisphosphate (PIP2)에 의해 자극되며 ADP-ribosylation factor-1 (ARF-1)에 의해 활성화됩니다. 또한 tyrosine kinase 및 G protein-coupled receptor 자극에 의해 활성화되며 EGFR 및 PIP5K1A와 상호작용하는 것으로 알려져 있습니다. PLD2는 plasma membrane caveolae에 위치하며 대부분의 조직에서 광범위하게 발현됩니다.
