Target Information
CNOT4는 E3 유비퀴틴 리가아제 활성을 가지는 575 아미노산 단백질로, 단백질 변형 및 유비퀴틴화 과정에 관여합니다.
이 단백질은 C4C4 타입의 링형 zinc finger domain, RNA recognition motif, 그리고 bipartite nuclear localization signal을 포함합니다.
CNOT4는 CCR4-NOT (CAF1) 코어 복합체의 구성 요소로서 전사 조절에 관여하며, 다양한 유전자 발현을 양방향으로 조절합니다.
CNOT4는 C-말단을 통해 CNOT1과 상호작용하며, C4C4 RING domain을 통해 E2 유비퀴틴 리가아제와 결합합니다.
