Target Information
CAMKK1 (CAMKKA)는 serine/threonine protein kinase 계열에 속하며, Ca2+/calmodulin-dependent protein kinase 하위군에 포함됩니다.
CaMKK alpha는 nuclear factor of activated T cells (NFAT) DNA 결합 전사 복합체의 구성 요소로, TCR 자극 시 세포질 성분이 핵으로 이동하며 유도성 핵 성분과 함께 면역 반응 중 유전자 전사 조절에 중요한 역할을 합니다.
CAMKK1은 cyclosporin A와 같은 면역억제제의 주요 분자 표적이며, 다섯 가지 transcript variant가 보고되어 있습니다. 각 isoform은 서로 다른 cytokine 유전자 발현 조절에 관여할 수 있습니다.
