Target Information
CD41 (platelet glycoprotein IIb, ITGA2B)는 120 kDa α-서브유닛과 23 kDa β-서브유닛으로 구성되어 있으며, 칼슘 존재 시 CD61과 상호작용하여 기능적 접착 단백질 수용체를 형성합니다.
이 단백질은 혈소판 응집을 매개하여 혈액 응고 과정에 관여하며, 손상된 혈관에서 von Willebrand factor, fibrinogen, fibronectin 및 vitronectin 등 다양한 단백질과 결합합니다.
CD41은 주로 거핵세포-혈소판 계통에서 발현되며, 조혈 분화 초기 단계에서도 발현됩니다.
CD41 기능 이상과 관련된 질환으로는 Glanzmann Thrombasthenia 및 Platelet type-16 bleeding disorder가 있습니다.
