Recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibodies are produced using in vitro expression systems. The expression systems are developed by cloning specific antibody DNA sequences from immunoreactive rabbits. Individual clones are screened to select optimal candidates for production.

Target Information
The ASF1B gene encodes a member of the H3/H4 histone chaperone family, similar to the anti-silencing function-1 gene in yeast. The encoded protein is a substrate of the tousled-like kinase family of cell cycle-regulated kinases and may play a key role in modulating nucleosome structure by ensuring a constant supply of histones at sites of nucleosome assembly.
