Target Information
SYNPO2 (Myopodin)은 synaptopodin 계열 단백질로, 하나의 PPXY 모티프와 다수의 PXXP 모티프를 포함합니다. α-actinin과 공위치하며 Z-disc에서 발견되고, 스트레스 조건에서 핵으로 이동합니다. 이는 구조 단백질로서뿐 아니라 신호 전달 경로의 일부로 기능할 가능성을 시사합니다.
