Target Information
The PR65 subunit of protein phosphatase 2A acts as a scaffolding molecule to coordinate the assembly of the catalytic and regulatory subunits. Interaction with GNA12 promotes dephosphorylation of microtubule-associated protein TAU/MAPT. It is essential for proper chromosome segregation and centromeric localization of SGO1 during mitosis.
