Target Information
KDR (FLK1, VEGFR2)는 type III receptor tyrosine kinase로, 혈관내피세포 성장인자(VEGF)에 높은 친화도로 결합합니다. 이 수용체는 발생 초기에 내피세포 전구세포에서 발현되며, VEGF의 두 수용체 중 하나를 암호화합니다.
Kinase insert domain receptor로도 알려진 이 수용체는 Rab GTPase, P2Y purine nucleotide receptor, integrin αVβ3, T-cell protein tyrosine phosphatase 등 다양한 인자에 의해 신호전달 및 수송이 조절됩니다.
FLK1 (VEGF Receptor 2)의 변이는 유아 모세혈관 혈관종과 관련이 있습니다.
