The Quantifiler Trio DNA Quantification Kit enables forensic laboratories to simultaneously obtain quantitative and qualitative assessments of total human and male DNA in a single, highly sensitive real-time PCR reaction. This helps guide the selection of optimal STR analysis chemistry (autosomal, Y-STR, or miniSTR), streamlines workflow, and increases downstream analysis success rates. The kit works with HID Real Time PCR Analysis Software v1.2 and the Applied Biosystems 7500 Real-Time PCR System.
