• Reconstitute with 1 mL of distilled water.
• After reconstitution, store undiluted at 4ºC in the dark.
• For FACS analysis, use 10 µL of the suggested working dilution to label 1×10⁶ cells in 100 µL.

Target Information

CLEC7A (Dectin-1) is a C-type lectin/C-type lectin-like domain (CTL/CTLD) superfamily member predominantly expressed on myeloid cells.
It is a small glycoprotein type II membrane receptor with an extracellular C-type lectin-like domain and a cytoplasmic ITAM motif.
CLEC7A acts as a pattern-recognition receptor that binds beta-1,3- and beta-1,6-linked glucans from fungi and plants, playing a key role in innate immune response.
Upon fungal exposure, CLEC7A activates Syk tyrosine kinase, triggering an oxidative burst through reactive oxygen species formation.
