Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
Musashi-1 (MSI1) is an RNA-binding protein involved in cell fate determination and stem-cell maintenance. It regulates gene expression at the post-transcriptional level and contains two conserved RNA recognition motifs. In mammals, MSI1 is expressed in fetal kidney, brain, liver, lung, and in adult brain and pancreas. The human MSI1 gene is located on chromosome 12.
