Target Information
CD11b (integrin alpha-M, ITGAM, integrin alpha-X, ITGAX)은 165 kDa의 부착 분자로 integrin beta-2(CD18)와 비공유 결합하여 heterodimeric complex를 형성합니다. 이 복합체는 integrin alpha-M beta-2, Mac-1, CR3(complement receptor 3)로도 알려져 있습니다.
CD11b는 단핵구/대식세포, 과립구, 활성화된 림프구, 일부 NK 세포, 수지상세포, 뇌의 미세아교세포 등에 발현됩니다. CD11b/CD18 복합체는 ICAM-1, ICAM-2, ICAM-4, CD14, CD50, CD23, heparin, iC3b, fibrinogen, Factor X 등의 수용체로 작용하며, 세포 간 및 세포-기질 상호작용에 필수적입니다.
CD11b는 비장 세포의 약 8%, 골수 세포의 44%, 흉선 세포의 1% 미만에서 발현되며, 신경 조직의 미세아교세포(marker)로 널리 사용됩니다. 단핵구의 성숙 과정에서 발현이 증가하며, 조직 대식세포 간 발현 수준이 다릅니다. 복막 대식세포는 비장 대식세포보다 높은 CD11b 발현을 보입니다.
