Product Specific Information
This antibody detects endogenous levels of OSR1 only when phosphorylated at Ser339.
Target Information
OXSR1 (serine/threonine kinase, also known as OSR1) is activated by osmotic stresses and regulates downstream protein kinases such as PAK1 to establish sensor/signaling modules that initiate cellular responses to environmental stress.
OXSR1 can be phosphorylated by ATM or ATR during the DNA damage process and may play a role in regulating the actin cytoskeleton.
