Target Information
C1-inhibitor (C1INH)은 보체의 고전 경로(classical complement pathway) 및 키닌 생성과 응고의 접촉 활성화 시스템(contact activation system)을 조절하는 단백질입니다. 주요 표적 단백질분해효소는 C1r, C1s, coagulation factors XIa, XIIa, 그리고 plasma kallikrein입니다.
C1-inhibitor는 단일 폴리펩타이드 사슬로 구성되어 있으며, 분자량은 약 104 kDa입니다. 혈청 내 농도는 약 180 µg/mL로 보고되어 있습니다.
