Target Information
The PARVA gene encodes a transcription factor containing C2H2-type zinc-fingers and a positive regulatory domain. It is implicated in B cell differentiation, tumor suppression, and CNS development. Mouse studies suggest involvement in neuronal storage disease. Multiple alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding distinct isoforms have been observed.
