Target Information

GSK3B is a proline-directed serine/threonine protein kinase involved in energy metabolism, neuronal cell development, and body pattern formation. It acts as a negative regulator of glucose homeostasis and participates in processes such as inflammation, ER stress, mitochondrial dysfunction, and apoptosis. GSK3B is a key component of the Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway, where it mediates β-catenin degradation to inhibit Wnt signaling. It also plays roles in the Hedgehog, Notch, and insulin signaling pathways.
